山西乡村汉族成人围度值及其年龄变化
Circumference and its variation of Shanxi Han nationality adults with age in countryside
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To collect the data of body circumferences in Shanxi Han individuals, thereafter, to under stand their changs with aging. Methods: Based on the measurement of the circumferences of 303 rural adults (150 males, 153 females) of Shanxi Han nationality (including the circumference of head, neck,chest,abdomen, upper arm, forearm, maximum biceps, thigh, calf, hip, chest circumference at inspiration, chest circumference at expiration), the paper gave an analysis of the changes of circumference value with age, and then draws a comparison of the circumference values between Shanxi Han nationality and other 19 nationalities in China. Results: (1) Along with increasing of age, male chest circumference, chest circumference at inspiration, chest circumference at expiration increased Head circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference, grith of forearm, biceps contract circumference decreased. Girth of upper arm, biceps contract circumference, trunk circumference enlarged in female, but thigh circumference in contrast The absolute changing value of trunk circumference was obviously. The changes of females were close to males. (2) Males indexes were larger than females, except for the circumference of thigh and hip. The circumference values of hip in female and abdomen in males were changed obviously with age. (3) The six circumference values of male and female were significantly higher than various ethnic groups of the South Asian type of Mongoloid. Compare the rural of Shanxi Han nationality with various ethnic groups of the North Asian type of Mongoloid, the rural of Shanxi Han nationality were higher in girth of chest, girth of thigh and girth of the calf, medium the circumference of horizontal head. Conclusion-. The results show that the rural of Shanxi Han nationality were close to the rural of Shandong Han nationality and Tatar nationality, and belongs to the North Asian type of Mongoloid关键词
