摘要

Abstract

For the aircraft Environmental Control System(ECS) optimization analysis, entropy generation analysis method based on the second law of thermodynamics is proposed. The flight phase of take-off, climb and supersonic penetration is chosen be design point, system entropy generation minimum is chosen be objective function, the optimization model is established through choose efficiency of primary and second heat exchanger, pressure ratio of compressor and turbine, flow ratio of heat exchanger, mass flow of bleed air be design variables. The relationship between system entropy generation and design variables is analyzed based on optimization calculation results. Analysis results have some instruct function on aircraft environmental control system optimization design.
