Abstract
Under the background of "Outstanding Engineers Education Training Plan " advocated by the Nation energetically for engineering specialty, the setting of ability cultivation link in the software engineering training schemes is the guarantee to achieve the training objectives. On the base of software college training model and IBM engineers training plan, and according to the actual situation of the software engineering major in our university, the paper proposes a capacity-building model for the software engineer cultivating.关键词
