软件实训教师团队构建策略探析
On the Strategies of the Software Training Teachers' Team Construction
摘要
Abstract
Software training is an important practice step of raising software talents. In the traditional training, individual teachers' abilities are emphasized while the effect of team is neglected. Under the research background of software engineering experimental class in Nanhua University, this thesis focuses on analyzing the characteristics of software training teaching. According to the fundamental principles of team construction, together with the active research carried out in the long-term teaching practice, the concrete strategies of successful software training teachers' team are proposed. Through the empirical research, the validity of the strategies is proved, and it is also proved that the strategies have prevalent meaning of guidance.关键词
