LPC-10e to MELP speech transcoding
摘要
Abstract
In order to realize the intercommunication between systems which are based on LPC-10e and MELP speech coding algorithm,the transformation of speech coding data stream based LPC-10e to MELP can be realized by using the direct parameter transcoding.Direct conversion of LPC-10e speech coding pitch,voicing parameter into MELP corresponding parameters is achieved.The results show that,the method proposed not only improves the synthetic speech quality,but also reduces about 15% computational cost.关键词
