摘要

Abstract

A method of rack measurement is proposed based on computer vision.A computer vision measurement system is established.The CCD camera is installed in the feedback grating rails, precision rail driven movement of the CCD camera, throughout the rack for image acquisition.Through the acquisition image processing, the measurement for the whole tooth is realized.The basic parameters of the rack such as p and s are got.Experiment with the dial calipers to measure the rack, comparison with the measurement results of the Accretech S1910DX3,it turns out that the accuracy of this method can meet the requirements for the measurement of such rack, and the measurement method is simple and practical, effectively improves the measurement efficiency,providing technical support for the rack online testing.
