摘要

Abstract

Artificial valve regulation method is always being the dominating flow control method in coal mine freezing shaft sinking system,thus there obviously exists a lot of problems,such as backward technology,large energy consumption, poor stability etc.To improve the level of automatic control and energy-saving level,variable frequency control is used to regulate the brine flow of freezing shaft sinking instead of valve control and realizes intelligent frequency conversion control in sinking with the use of advanced fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to replace conventional PID algorithm.This plan not only can improve the stability and accuracy of control system but also can greatly minimize energy consumption,saving the cost of drilling.Experimental and simulation results show that the fuzzy PID algorithm has advantages like smaller overshoots , strong dynamic adaptability and better robustness than traditional PID and expert PID algorithm.It also shows that the intelligent frequency conversion control system based on fuzzy PID has higher control efficiency and energy conservation level than traditional valve control system.
