摘要

Abstract

In this paper, considering the practical requirements of production of the Aeolus Automobile Limited Corporation, a multi-PLC network communication and device control system was designed based on Control-Link OMRON for the company's painting workshop PLC control. Fistlyi the connection of PLC and PLC was completed using Control-Link network. Then the automatic control of the entire process of production of auto body paint was realized through PLC with the data. Finaly each car was tracked, recordand and analyzed. It can be obtianed from the actual circumstance that the designed system can improve the production efficiency, and optimize control structure.
