摘要

Abstract

An indoor surveillance video compression algorithm based on residual frame is proposed in this paper. The algorithm which can get residual frame in adjacent frames of surveillance video diagonalizes residual matrix and transfers motion data. With the received background parameters and motion parameters of residual frame in receiving terminal, the algorithm can restore original image frames and get original surveillance video files. The experiment indicates that the algorithm can be easy to achieve and has small computation. It is suitable for compression application of indoor surveillance video.
