Abstract
As the public are increasingly concerned with the efficiency of our government, this system to monitor all received calls in the administration departments was designed Data and figures of successful calls, no-answer calls and busy line will be showed on di-agraphs and tables, which detailedly describe the situation of call-receiving and give a red card to the departments received less than 80% of its total irrcalls.
