基于运动目标的监控视频检索方法
SURVEILLANCE VIDEO RETRIEVAL METHOD BASED ON MOVING TARGET
摘要
Abstract
Along with the continuous growth of video surveillance network in our country, there's the trend of massive increase of monitoring video data,and it is to be increasingly important to quickly and effectively retrieve the surveillance video. This paper presents a surveillance video retrieval method based on moving target. Features of moving target in monitoring video are extracted to form corresponding video description files. By matching the query image with the features of moving target in description files, the video clips with similar target are found out finally. Experiments show that the method is practical.关键词
