摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the slip problem when vehicles swerve at high speed, the authors apply the predictive control theory to the automobile ESP control system. The controller uses the 2 DOF vehicle model as its predictive model and employs the direct yaw moment which acts on wheels directly as its output to control the vehicle' s driving state. The 7 DOF vehicle model is integrated with the tire model which are established by Matlab/Simulink to analyze and adjust the designed controller. Results show that the predictive controller can effectively enhance vehicles'stability by controlling the yaw rate and side slip.
