摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proximal humeral locking plate ( LPHP) treatment of proximal humerus fractures. Methods LPHP was used in the treatment of 19 cases of proximal humerus fractures from April 2008 to July 2010. Results Postoperative follow -up wad done for 9 months. No postoperative wound infection, nonunion and loosening of fixation occurred. According to Neer score criteria: 11 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good, and 2 cases were just fine. Excellence rate was 89.5%. Conclusion LPHP has advantages such as fixed reliability, fewer complications, faster healing fracture, and facilitating early functional exercise.关键词
