Abstract
Objective To observe the short - term curative effect and side effects of Amitriptyline and Zoledronic acid on cancer bone pain. Methods Fifty patients with malignant tumors of bone metastases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group: Amitriptyline 25 mg qn, and Zoledronic acid (4 mg) + physiological saline (100 mL) by intravenous dripping, drip time＞15 minutes, once every four weeks, every four times as one course; control group: Zoledronic acid alone. The usage was the same as treatment group. The effects were evaluated after two or more courses. Results Analgesic effect: The total effective rate (84.6%) and clinical benefit rate (96.2%) of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (75.0% , 91. 7% ). But there was no statistical difference. The life quality of the treatment group improved more obviously than that of the control group. There was no statistical difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups. Conclusion Amitriptyline and Zoledronic acid on cancer bone pain has good curative effect and less adverse reactions, and can improve life quality. It s worth to be popularized and applied in clinical treatment.关键词
