Abstract
Objective To explore a safe, effective and simple transfusion remedy of infliximab and convenient application in clinical practice, we compare the recommended and well - distributed transfusion speed control applied in the ankylosing spondylitis(AS) patients treated with infliximab. Methods 122 cases of AS patients treated with infliximab were chosen and divided into two groups randomly, each comprising 61 cases. The control group used the recommended transfusion speed control, and the experimental group used the well - distributed transfusion speed control. The adverse reaction, transfusion time, degree of patient satisfaction and degree of nurse satisfaction were compared. Results No significant deviation was observed in adverse reaction rate between two groups (P>0.05). Transfusion time met the drug requirement, and the degree of patient and nurse's satisfaction in experimental group obviously improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The well -distributed transfusion speed control is convenient, safe and simple. Both patients and nurses are satisfied with it and it deserves to be popularized.关键词
