摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing methods and observe therapeutic effect of the CRRT in the MODS patients. Methods Individual nursing was carried out in 12 MODS patients in our ICU. Results In all of the 12 patients, 4 were dead while 8 were successfully rescued. Conclusions To ensure the emergency rescue of the MODS patients, we should do multiple nursing assessment, venous patency, body temperature, hemorrhage or blood coagulation, water volume in and out, pipe associated infection to make sure that the CRRT can be taken successfully.关键词
