救治成批烧伤患者的管理及护理

Abstract
Objective To summarize the treatment and management experience from the nursing of 20 burn patients divided into three groups. Methods Emergency plans and prospective nursing staff training were conducted. An emergency nursing management group was formed and nurses at all levels were reasonably divided and scientifically managed. Fluid resuscitation, airway management, wound management, pain nursing and diet nursing were intensified. Results Eighteen patients recovered and were discharged from hospital with the cure rate of 90 %. No nursing complications were seen. Nurses' responses to emergency and mastery of professional theory and skills have been greatly improved, which improved the ability of our hospital to handle emergencies. Conclusion A sound and effective nursing organization and management is a guarantee in the treatment of burn patients in groups. The comprehensive nursing can improve the cure rate of massive burn patients.关键词
