护理干预对住院冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing intervention on hospital patients with coronary heart disease, angina treatment adherence and the influence of the curative effect. Methods Ninety -six cases were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group, with 48 cases in each group. In the course of treatment, the intervention group was treated with psychological intervention and health education while conventional health education was conducted in the control group. Patients of both groups were observed for curative effect and the course of treatment compliance. Results The medication compliance rate of the intervention group was 95.83 % , much higher than the 92.72% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education with specific psychological intervention can obviously improve the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina compliance, make patients with coronary heart disease actively cooperate with treatment and form a healthy way of life and healthy behaviors, and it can also effectively control the development of the disease, decrease the recurrence rate and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
