摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods of Tirofiban during perioperative period of transradial PCI. Methods 127 cases of the hospital who received transradial PCI and used Tirofiban during perioperative period were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 127 patients' PCI were successful, 2 cases of radial puncture point bleeding prolonged after PCI and 1 case had puncture radial hematoma. No other parts bled and no adverse nursing events occurred. Conclusion Mastery of drug indications, close collaboration between nurses and doctors, careful preparation during nursing, and attention paid to whether there is bleeding tendency in the course of medicine giving and inconvenience caused are important to maintain the safety of patients.关键词
