摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cluster - based care for ventilator - associated pneumonia (VAP). Methods Cluster - based care program was implemented to ICU intubation or tracheostomy patients treated with mechanical ventilation. The result was compared with that of the conventional nursing care in order to observe the effectiveness of program. Results After the cluster - based care program was implemented, VAP incidence decreased from 44. 64 % down to 24. 47% . Conclusion Cluster - based care with evidence - based medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of VAP and give full play of nursing in the prevention of VAP.关键词
