ba-PWV、ABI及IMT和冠心病的相关性研究
Relationship of atherosclerosis indicators (ba-PWV,ABI and IMT) and coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To assess the relationship of pulse - wave velocity(ba - PWV), ankle - brachial index (ABI), intima - media (IMT) and the stenosis degree of coronary arteries. Methods 167 patients who were diagnosed or suspected as coronary heart disease were collected. Compared with the result of coronary angiography, the correlation between stenosis degree of the coronary arteries and ba - PWV, ABI, IMT were analyzed. Results When three indicators of the ABI, IMT, ba- PWV were applied singly, the coronary artery single - vessel disease group and non -CHD group showed no significant difference. Compared with non - CAD group, two - branch and multi - vessel disease group were significantly different (P < 0. 01). However, the single - vessel disease group still had statistical difference compared with the non - coronary heart disease group when all the three aforementioned indicators or any two indicators were abnormal. Conclusion The atherosclerosis indicators (ba~ PWV, ABI and IMT ) have positive correlation to stenosis degree of the coronary arteries. Combined detection of ba - PWV, ABI and IMT can be used to evaluate coronary artery diseaseseverity.关键词
