Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of non - invasive detection indexes in en-dothelial function, arterial flexibility in patients non -invasive detection index. Methods 123 patients with coronary artherosclerosis were given coronary angiography. According to the results of the coronary angiography, they were divided into three groups: the normal group, early coronary artery disease group and coronary atherosclerosis group. These non - invasive detection indexes (NO, ET-L, VWF, baPWV, cIMT, hs-CRP) were determined. Results Compared with the normal group, NO Levels in early coronary artery disease group and coronary atherosclerosis group decreased, while such levels of ET-L, VWF, baPWV, cIMT, hs - CRP presented increasing tendency. According to Logistic, baPWV, NO and ET - 1 is related with coronary atherosclerosis. Conclusion The changes of non - invasive detection indexes in endothelial function and arterial flexibility were involved in the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerosis.关键词
