Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of instrument for irrigation on patients after FESS operation. Methods One hundred and twenty - eight cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups. They were control group (washing with physiological saline) and nasal irrigations group (washing with instrument for irrigation, cooperating fully with Chinese medicine extract such as cocklebur fruit, asarum, magnolia flower, astragalus mongholicus and schizonepeta. Analysis and comparison were made in terms of the curative effect of the two groups. Results The curative effect of nasal irrigations group was better than that of control group, and the two groups had significant statistical significance. Conclusion The instrument for irrigation and cooperating fully with Chinese medicine extract can promote wound healing after FESS operation, eliminate mucosa edema and improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
