Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Naoxintong capsule on FIB and hsCRP in patients with recovery phase of hypertension- cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of hypertension - cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group ( n = 80) and control group (n =80). The control group received routine therapy, and the treatment group was added with Naoxintong capsule. The observation period was three months. The levels of fibrinogen (FIB) and hsCRP before and after therapy were contrasted. Results There was no significant difference of levels of FIB and hsCRP in control group between before therapy and after therapy. The levels of FIB and hsCRP of the treatment group after therapy were obviously lower than those before therapy (P<0.01). Conclusion Application of Naoxintong capsule patients with recovery phase of hypertension- cerebral infarction contributes to decreasing the levels of FIB, lightening the inflammatory reactions and nerve injury, and can better prevent recurring of cerebral infarction.关键词
