Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of Dezocine and Morphine on epidural analgesia after gynecological surgery. Methods 60 ASA I - H female patients who needed epidural analgesia when undergoing elective gynecological surgery were involved in this comparative study. They were randomized into M group and D group with 30 patients per group. The patients in M group were treated with 0.004% Morphine, 0. 15% Ropivacaine, and 0. 01% Dexamethasone. The patients in D group were treated with 0. 0075% Dezocine, 0.15% Ropivacaine, and 0. 01% Dexamethasone. Patient - control epidural analgesia (PCEA) was provided to patients in both groups by PCA pump (100 mL) at LCP model. After treatment, patients in both groups were observed for analgesia effects and side effects such as nausea, vomiting, pruritus, drowsiness, respiratory depression, etc. Results After treatment, it achieved satisfactory analgesia effects for patients in both groups (P>0.05). However, the incidence of adverse reactions after surgery (such as nausea, vomiting, and pruritus) of D group was obviously lower than that of M group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with Morphine, Dezocine has equivalent satisfactory analgesia effects and less side effects on epidural analgesia after gynecological surgery, indicating that Dezocine is more suitable for epidural analgesia after gynecological surgery.关键词
