Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pudilan oral solution and narrow band UVB combination therapy with stable psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 93 patients with stable psoriasis vulgaris were divided into Pudilan oral solution and narrow band UVB combination therapy group (experimental group, n = 48) and narrow - band ultraviolet B treatment group (control group, n =45). The PASI scores in two groups were observed after 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks. The overall efficiency, narrow - band ultraviolet irradiation, and complications in two groups were compared. Results The PASI scores in the experimental group at the 2nd week, 3rd week, 4th weeks were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). There were no significant group differences in 2 groups. Four weeks after treatment, the total NB- UVB irradiation in patients whose PASI score decrease was bigger than 70% was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). No significant difference was found in complications. Conclusion Pudilan oral solution can effectively reduce the total narrow - band ultraviolet radiation, particularly for patients who can not tolerate narrow - band ultraviolet irradiation and have good therapeutic effect.关键词
