Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of echoocardiongraphy in the diagnosie of aortic dissection. Methods Fifteen patients with aortic dissection were examined with echocardion-graphy compared with CT MRCT or DSA. The results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The results of echocardiongraphy were highly coincided with that of CT MRCT DSA in diagnosis in Standford A aortic dissection Conclusion Echocardiongraphy is useful in diagnosis of Standford A aortic dissection.关键词
