Abstract
Objective To observe the angiotensin II receptor antagonist for the treatment of hypertension and diabetes.Methods Sixty- two hypertensive patients with diabetes were placed in the treatment group and 28 cases of primary hypertension in the control group. The indicators of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, fasting glucose, 2 - hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, triglycerides and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, levels of SBP, DBP, HbAlc, FPG, 2hPG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and TG, LDL level had no significant change. Except for DBP, SBP levels were significantly lower in the control group, and the other biochemical indicators had no significant change. Conclusion While reducing the incidence of type 2 diabetes, the angiotensin receptor antagonist has good antihypertensive effect and low rate, and it has relatively good results and fewer side effects in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes.关键词
