摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of three - dimensional conformal radiothera py in patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced esophageal cancer were equally randomized into conformal group (three - dimensional conformal ra diotherapy combined with chemotherapy) and control group (conventional technology radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy). Short - term effect, long - term efficacy and toxicity were observedin the two groups. Results In the conformal treatment group, response rate (90.0%) and la survival rate (82.5%) were significantly higher than those of the control group(72. 5%, 62. 5%). There was no difference of the occurrence of toxicity in two groups. Conclusion Short - term ef fect and la survival rate of the three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer are better. Though toxicity slightly increases, patients can tolerate.关键词
