前盆底重建术在治疗女性盆腔器官脱垂中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of anterior pelvic reconstruction in pa tients with anterior pelvic organ prolapse. Methods Eighty - five patients with POP stage II ~ IV from our hospital underwent anterior pelvic reconstruction. The postoperative recovery, the clinical efficacy, complications, and follow-up of relapse rate and life satisfaction were analyzed. Results Operative time was (90.2 + 5.6) min, blood loss was (120.2 + 20.5) mL, mean postoperative hos pital stay was 7.1 d and 85 patients had successful operations. Patients' satisfactions were signifi cantly higher than the preoperative. Patients had no recurrence. Postoperative hematoma occurred in 3 cases, perineal pain in 4 cases, and patch erosion in 6 cases. After active treatment, all were eased. Conclusion Anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery can be effective in treating anterior pelvic organ prolapse, but the long- term effects should be further explored.关键词
