Abstract
Objective To compare the analgesic effects and adverse reactions of Dezocine or Fentanyl for patient- controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA). Methods 120 patients undergoing cystic resection were randomly divided into 2 groups with 60 cases each. They received PCIA after operation. The PCIA solution contained Dezocine 1 mg/kg and Droperido 15 mg in 100 mL of nor mal saline (N. S. ) in group A or Fentanyl 18 μg/Kg and Droperido 15 mg in 100 mL of N. S. In group B. VAS was used to measure pain intensity and their side effects were recorded at 4, 8, 12, 24 h after operation. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score. There was no wave of blood pressure, heart rate and breath suppression in the two groups. The rate of calm score with I - IV grades in group A was obviously lower than that in group B, and there was no significant difference in the rest adverse effects between the two groups. Conclusion The analgesic effect of Dezocine PCIA is a reliable and better PCIA method.关键词
