放疗联合奈达铂同步治疗老年人头颈鳞癌的疗效分析
Clinical analysis of synchronous radiotherapy combined with nedaplatin for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma in the elderly

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect and adverse reactions of synchronous radiotherapy combined with nedaplatin for the elderly with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HN-SCC). Methods Twenty - five elderly patients with HNSCC received the regimen of radiotherapy combined with low - dose of nedaplatin every week. The clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total efficacy rate was 80 %, and 1 - and 2 - year survival rates w6re 72 % and 44% respectively. The complications during treatment were leukopenia, oral nijiicosal response, nausea, vomiting and radiation- induced cerebral injury. Conclusion HNSCC has better ^effect and tolerable adverse reactions in the elderly.关键词
