吉西他滨联合化疗在晚期胰腺癌治疗中的作用探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of gemcitabine - based chemotherapy on advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods Fifty patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer were randomized equally into combined chemotherapy group and control group. The control group received gemcitabine monotherapy, while the combined chemotherapy group received gemcitabine combined with cisplatin or oxaliplatin. Objective responses, clinical benefit responses and toxicity responses of the two groups were observed. Results The disease control rate of the combined chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The toxicity rate of the combined chemotherapy group was slightly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Gemcitabine - based chemotherapy program for advanced pancreatic cancer has similar clinical efficacy compared with' gemcitabine monotherapy.关键词
