摘要

Abstract

To solve the deficiency of constant blank holder force (BHF) method in stamping process of tailor weld blanks (TWBs) , the mixed H_2/H_∞ control strategy for variable BHF was proposed. The control objective for the mixed H_2/H_∞ control was established to design control model, control algorithm and control logic. Based on the proposed model, the feedback numerical simulation was used to discuss the influence of mixed H_2/H_∞ control method on TWBs defect. In order to verify the simulation result, the optimal BHF curve under mixed H_2/H_∞ control was input to hydraulic press to realize variable BHF hydraulic press. The simulation and test results show that the inner side panel of automotive body can be successfully stamped based on the mixed H_2/H_∞ control strategy for variable BHF. Considering stamping trip and blank holder board position, the proposed BHF determination approach can avoid wrinkling and cracking under constant BHF with good robustness.
