EGCG用于小鼠裸卵体外培养的研究
Effects of EGCG on in vitro cultured nuded oocytes of mouse
摘要
Abstract
In this study, mouse nuded oocytes were cultured in HTF and TCM-199 culture medium with different concentration of EGCG to evaluate the effect of EGCG on in vitro maturation (IVM) , in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo development of mouse nuded oocytes. The concerntration of GSH in denuded oocyte cells was determined as well. The results indicated that EGCG supplement in the culture medium had no obvious effect for maturing rate, fertility rate and embryonic development rate of nuded oocytes.关键词
