Abstract
Responses of starch synthase in weak-gluten wheat grains of Yangmai 15 to basal to top dressing nitrogen, ratio were studied. The expression levels of ADP-Glc Pyrophosphorylase gene (AGPasel), Granule-Bound Starch gene (GBSSJ), Soluble Starch Synthese gene (SSSIII) , Starch Branching Enzyme gene (SBEI), the activities of ADP-Glc Pyrophosphorylase (AGPase) .Granule-Bound Starch (GBSS) .Soluble Starch Synthese (SSS),Starch Branching Enzyme (SBE), and starch accumulation were stimulated when topdressing nitrogen percentage decreased reasonably.关键词
