Abstract
With the advance of globalization and the rapid development of biotechnology, international security is facing a more complex and severe situation. The effect of non-traditional security factors such as bio-terrorism is also expanding. As part of the process of international biological arms control and compliance, Non-Governmental Organizations( NGOs ) are playing an increasingly important role. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the definition, role and working mechanisms of NGOs abroad in biological arms control and compliance, so as to provide reference for the construction and development of China's related NGOs.关键词
