Abstract
α-Cyanoacrylates are widely used as rapid tissue adhesives in the medical field, such as in hemostatic, wound bonding, bone bonding, medical embolism, painless sterilization. An appropriate synthetic route should be chosen for specific structure. Modifications can be made to improve the performance and to expand the range of application. This article reviewes the different synthetic routes, structure modifications and medical applications of α-cyanoacrylates adhesive. The prospect of their application in the military medical field is discussed.关键词
