摘要
Abstract
Because there were problems of long process flow,more equipment investment,low yield and high cost in the main production methods of KFC copper alloy lead frame strip,the continuous extrusion production method was put forward. Furthermore, the feasibilities of technology and technique were verified by the factories' production practice. The method increased the production efficiency,product quality and product variety,especially had the advantage in energy saving and emission reduction.关键词
