摘要

Abstract

Reasonable tolerance allocation is the key to reduce the production costs and ensure the product performance. Used the chaotic algorithm to initialize the individuals of the Alopex algorithm,and then improved the annealing temperature based on the degree of population diversity. The modified Alopex algorithm is proposed based above two points. Secondly, try to optimize the tolerance allocation problem based on the proposed algorithm. Finally,the comparison of performance between the proposed algorithm and genetic algorithm is given by the optimization design of a knuckle joint assembly,the optimization results show that the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
