Optimization analysis of residual stress based on Moldflow Insight 2010
摘要
Abstract
Effect of residual stress in injection molded products shape,surface quality and performance of the product. Mechanism analysis of residual stress and its causes on the basis of application software simulation experiment method, introduced the method of reducing residual stress, and found that cooling mode and had a great influence of melt temperature on residual stress, followed by holding pressure and holding time effect, variable speed, decreasing degree turn. Draw conclusions on the practical application of a certain degree of significance.关键词
