摘要
Abstract
Centrosome is the major microtubule organizing center of Animal cells, Centrosome abnormalities may affect the normal separation of chromosomes and will cause infertility and even cause cancer. In recent years,researchers found some new properties of centrosome through continuous research. This paper reviews the relation between centrosome replication and chromosome segregation and between ssembly and heredity of centrosome.关键词
