摘要
Abstract
Based on the monitoring data of urban land price of Xiamen city,this article constructs the GM（1,1） model of prediction analysis of urban land price.The model accuracy tests show that the developed GM（1,1） model has an ability to fit quite well with the change tendency in land price of Xiamen city,indicating that the model can real respond the Xiamen city land price level and dynamic change trend.关键词
