摘要
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the flow field of a connecting rod mold used in electrochemical machining,a three-dimensional physical model of the flow passage was constructed.According to the turbulent state of the fluid flow in electrochemical machining and by considering the influence of air bubble,the three-dimensional flow field was simulated with a two-phase mixture model.Comparing the simulation results with the experimental ones,it is indicated that the CFD simulation is practicable for guiding the design of the cathode.关键词
