A4VSO电液比例泵的变量控制系统研究
Research on Adjustment System for Electro-hydraulic Proportional Variable Displacement Pump A4VSO

Abstract
An adjustment system regulated by servo-proportional valve for electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement pump A4VSO is established and studied in this paper.The servo-proportional valve replaces traditional servo valve or proportional valve in the adjustment system,meanwhile some important electro-hydraulic components are chosen properly.The pump performance tests about displacement and output flow are made under different pressures.Experimental results indicate that the adjustment system controlled by servo-proportional valve is characterized with higher precision and higher reliability,which enables the displacement and output flow of pump A4VSO to maintain proportional to the control signal respectively.关键词
