TC17钛合金高速铣削参数对表面残余应力影响研究
Effect of Milling Parameters on Surface Residual Stress of Titanium Alloy TC17 in High-speed Milling

Abstract
In order to obtain the influence laws of milling parameters on residual stresses in the process of high speed milling of TC17 titanium alloy,a single factor experiment was designed in which the cemented carbide tools were used to cut the Titanium Alloy TC17.The relationships between milling speed,feed per tooth,milling depth and residual stresses are established,and the influence mechanisms are analyzed.The results show that compressive residual stresses caused by cold plasticity deformation on the machined surface play the leading role when TC17 is high-speed milled with carbide tool.The compressive residual stresses on machined surface decrease with milling speed and feed per tooth increasing,but increase with milling depth.Taking the low stress as the goal,the milling parameters can be optimized as vc=392 m/min,ap=0.15 mm,fz=0.05 mm/z.关键词
