摘要
Abstract
In order to respond customer demands fast,fully minimize the design workload of the designer,and to configure the individual CNC machine tools according to different needs of customers,the configuration principles,the configuration modeling and the solving strategy are studied in this paper,based on the optimal configuration technology of CNC machine tools.The contents of configuration rules are divided from multiple points of view,and the expression model of configuration rules are designed,the CNC machine configuration design process based on rules and case-reasoning is proposed,which can help CNC machine tools for intelligent configuration.The new configuration technique shortens the product design cycle and reduces product development costs,its feasibility and effectiveness are also verified by the configuration example.关键词
