Abstract
In order to solve the inconsistency between the actual feed speed of the cutter relative to part surface and the speed defined in the NC codes,a correct-factor transformed by different dimension of angles and displacement in a post-processing speed control algorithm is proposed in the paper.With the help of the correct-factor,the relationship between the value of instruction F and actual feed rate for the end milling and side milling is derived when the G93 and G94 are worked.At last a new feed rate control method is obtained when combined with the actuator limitation,which is verified by simulation and machining tests.The results show that the surface quality of workpiece can be improved,the life of cutting-tool and machine tool can be extended.关键词
