TC11钛合金高速铣削的表面粗糙度与表面形貌研究

Abstract
Because of its high-efficiency and good-quality,High-speed milling titanium alloy is widely used in aviation and aerospace industry.To realize the high-speed milling-oriented surface roughness process control including the selection of the cooling lubrication technique,tool′s rake angle and cutting parameters,we did the cutting experiments and analysis of the three-dimensional surface topography of TC11 titanium.The experimental results show that its surface roughness machined with the use of emulsion is better than that with dry machining,but its surface textures are the same.When the TC11 titanium is machined with the carbide cutting tool,its surface roughness machined by using the cutting tool with the rake angle of 8 degrees is smaller than that with other rake angles,and its surface texture is even and uniform.The selection of optimum cutting speed ranges from 314 m/m to 377 m/min,and the selection of optimum feed per tooth ranges from 0.03 mm/z to 0.05 mm/z.These optimum cutting parameters can ensure that the surface roughness is within the value of Ra0.6.The combination of milling speed with feed per tooth can affect the surface morphology of TC11 titanium.关键词
