Improving the Machining Localization of Micro-hole ECM by Using Cone-shaped Electrode
摘要
Abstract
The factors affecting the localization of micro-electrochemical machining are discussed. Micro coneshaped electrodes are fabricated in the self-developed experimental equipment. Then electrochemical machining of micro-hole is performed by using the present fabricated electrodes. The effects of cone-shaped electrode on the machining localization are investigated. The results show that cone-shaped electrode, smaller shank diameter and lar ger taper of cone-shaped electrode mave the machining localization of micro-hole ECM better.关键词
